Long-time favorite of ours, the owners are very friendly and almost always there. Carlos is the lead in the kitchen and he’s a wonder worker, and Lupe works the counter and floor. They are joys to talk with and Delicias is a gem in Corvallis.
This small family run business is the best Mexican restaurant with regards to service and quality. The owners Lupe and Carlos are friendly, hardworking, generous community minded people who will treat you right. Interesting and unique dishes for any taste buds. The flan is to die for! A great place to host a party too. And they can hook you up with a fantastic mariachi band! Nicely decorated and a quiet space for a relaxed unch or elegant dinner.

Good mexican family food, particularly breakfast. Service is good. Tucked away in strip mall across from Market of Choice. Wish it had more outdoor seating.

The Carnitas Taco is my goto. I love the way they cook the pork. It comes out a little crispy and I can't get enough of it. I also love the Horchatas! When we go out to eat at Delicias, we are made to feel like family.
My husband and I googled this restaurant on our way to see our children in Mcminnville. And, I have to say the breakfast burrito was outstanding. Truly authentic and made from homemade hash browns and with real eggs, and just the right mixture in sausage and bacon. My husband likes truly hot hot sauce, and I have to say they do make it perfectly. Thank you Lupe for your quick service and making our journey through Corvallis worthwhile. This was a random google and an excellent find!
